Ross has been leading, coaching and focusing organizations for high impact in a wide variety of environments for 18 years.
Ross spent the first six years of his professional career as an infantry officer in the US Army where he culminated his career as a company commander in the 101st Airborne Division. He then transitioned into the business world leading manufacturing teams, processes and Joint Ventures inside General Electric’s transportation, appliance and lighting businesses. After a short year working with small businesses as a process consultant and coach, Ross helped found and lead an international development organization. Building networks, coaching, training and mobilizing resources to build schools, medical facilities and businesses in Afghanistan, Indonesia, and Africa.

Darlene grew up in a small family business, and has been a business owner herself for more than 25 years in the Forth Worth area. For eleven years she was the owner of a retail, and commercial carpet and design business. She then spent fifteen years in the cosmetics industry, where she coached new business owners on business and personal development. While leading and developing a volunteer, part-time sales force, she earned 8 cars, including the infamous Pink Cadillac, along with other awards. After having had a coach for years, and working for a short time in direct sales for another corporation, she saw the need for business coaching reaffirmed. She joined the Growth Coach DFW team in April of 2007 to follow her passion for assisting owners in growing their businesses by capitalizing on their greatest asset.
Darlene, knows what it is like to start a business with a passion and become a prisoner to that business. She also knows by personal experience the profitable life changing difference a coach can make.
