Ross spent the first six years of his professional career as an infantry officer in the US Army where he culminated his career as a company commander in the 101st Airborne Division. He then transitioned into the business world leading manufacturing teams, processes and Joint Ventures inside General Electric’s transportation, appliance and lighting businesses. After a short year working with small businesses as a process consultant and coach, Ross helped found and lead an international development organization. Building networks, coaching, training and mobilizing resources to build schools, medical facilities and businesses in Afghanistan, Indonesia, and Africa. He led both campus and regional organizations and earned a full scholarship as the Outstanding Senior at Farmersville High School. Mr. Mirau also holds an MBA in Organizational Development from the University of Phoenix. His previous career included executive and information systems management responsibilities in several different corporations including E-Systems, J.C. Penney, and Interstate Batteries. Mr. Mirau also helped start eFANshop.com, a successful Internet company that was sold to NewsCorp in 2001. In 2001, Mr. Mirau founded Personnelity Performance Solutions, a business consulting and leadership development company. In 2007, he merged this company with The Growth Coach based in Cincinnati, OH. Mr. Mirau now coaches under The Growth Coach brand. For the last 5 years, Mr. Mirau has been recognized as one of the top business coaches in the country by Resource Associates in Mohnton, PA., being awarded the prestigious “Presidents Award” for an unprecedented 4 years in a row. In 2007, he was named “Rookie of the Year” by the Growth Coach organization as one of the top Coaches in the country. In 2008, he received again special recognition from the Growth Coach organization as one of the top coaches in the nation. In 2009, Mr. Mirau was again recognized as “Coach of the Year” by the Growth Coach organization.
